The digital Brinell hardness tester is a microcontroller-controlled Brinell hardness tester that combines a precision mechanical structure with a closed-loop control system.
The digital Brinell hardness tester is a microcontroller-controlled Brinell hardness tester that combines a precision mechanical structure with a closed-loop control system. This device employs a weightless automated test force application and uses a 0.5‰ precision compression sensor for feedback, while the CPU control system automatically compensates for any lost test force during testing. The device is connected to a digital micro eyepiece without the need to look up at the platform, eliminating the need to input the diagonal of the indentation. It can directly display the hardness value, test force, dwell time, and indentation length. After measuring the indentation length, pressing the eyepiece button will automatically retrieve and display the hardness value on the screen.
