The digital Brinell hardness tester is a microcontroller-controlled Brinell hardness tester that combines a precision mechanical structure with a closed-loop control system.
This device employs a weightless automated testing force application, using a 0.5% accuracy compression sensor for feedback, and the CPU control system automatically compensates for any lost testing force during the test. The testing force and load holding time can be directly selected on the touch panel, offering high measurement accuracy, good reproducibility, and convenient operation.
