[Rubber Front Case Study] Smooth Inbound and Outbound Operations

The effort required for non-automated press work has been dramatically reduced!

We will introduce a case study of our rubber sheet "Rubber Front" solving challenges. In the production process of decorative plywood, during the non-automated pressing work, the products did not slide during the loading and unloading process, making the work difficult and labor-intensive. Therefore, we introduced "Rubber Front," which does not allow adhesive that seeps out during pressing to stick and slides well. As a result, the resistance during the loading and unloading of the workpieces was significantly reduced due to the Teflon sheet on the surface of "Rubber Front," drastically reducing the labor required for the work, and eliminating concerns about powder and other substances sticking to the press heating plate and cushion, allowing the cushion to be used for a longer period.
