Safety Confirmation Service 2
A safety confirmation system with a "simple design" that "does not stop during disasters."
The Toyokumo Safety Confirmation Service 2 is a service that can be utilized not only for confirming safety during emergencies but also for subsequent measures and instructions. Common reasons for its introduction include its "simple design" and the fact that it "does not stop during disasters." ■ Simple Design The Safety Confirmation Service 2 needs to quickly gather safety information from employees during disasters. Even if a system is implemented, it is meaningless if employees cannot respond. The Safety Confirmation Service 2 is designed with simplicity so that even those who are not IT-savvy can respond. ■ "Does Not Stop During Disasters" Although it is a safety confirmation system, I have heard that there are systems that experience delays or stop functioning during disasters. The Safety Confirmation Service 2 has had zero delays or stoppages during disasters. It operated without issues during the Kanto earthquake in October 2021 and the Fukushima offshore earthquake in March 2022. *There were zero instances from 2020 to 2021 where it took more than 30 minutes to complete the sending of safety confirmation emails after a disaster occurred. To ensure it operates without issues during disasters, we conduct "simultaneous training" involving contractors, simulating actual disasters. In 2022, 1,248 companies and 440,000 users participated, confirming its successful operation.

basic information
Experiencing the earthquake made it clear what is necessary for a company's BCP (Business Continuity Plan). A system that only sends out mass notifications and receives responses for confirming safety is almost meaningless during a disaster, ending up as mere "safety confirmation" as its name suggests. However, what is truly important in BCP is what comes after that; meaningful communication occurs when second and third reports are sent based on the employees' situations, such as being safe and able to come to work or being injured and unable to come to work. Our safety confirmation service implements communication functions like the ones mentioned above, ensuring reliable methods for communication, a structure that can withstand a massive influx of access, and a specification that sends necessary notifications only to those who need them.
