The Safety Confirmation Service 2 has had zero delays or stoppages during disasters. It operated without issues during the Kanto earthquake in October 2021 and the Fukushima offshore earthquake in March 2022. *There were zero instances from 2020 to 2021 where it took more than 30 minutes to complete the sending of safety confirmation emails after a disaster occurred.
