Currently popular LED lighting, LED lights, and LED lighting used in smartphones and game consoles often use a lot of blue light, raising concerns about disruptions to the melatonin cycle (the body's internal clock). It is widely recognized that exposure to a large amount of blue light, especially 4 to 5 hours before sleep, can trigger various health issues, including sleep disorders, due to disruptions in the melatonin cycle. Soraa offers blue light-free LED lighting and LED lamps.
