The "CLG Series/CLG-DVP Series" is a high-pressure steam sterilizer that offers more reliable sterilization performance and enhanced safety. It features an interactive LCD display that clearly shows settings for temperature, pressure, and processes, as well as the progress status and errors, allowing for operation via keys. By detecting and calculating temperature and pressure, and repeatedly performing exhaust and heating (pulse exhaust method), it continuously achieves optimal saturated steam sterilization according to the load condition of the items being sterilized. Additionally, the CLG-DVP series is equipped with a "pre-vacuum function" for removing residual air and a "vacuum drying function" to prevent bacterial contamination after sterilization, enabling more reliable sterilization. ALP-LOGGER (Optional) The data logging system "ALP-LOGGER" supports daily sterilization management by capturing temperature-time, can internal pressure, process transitions, abnormal outputs, and more from the sterilizer to a PC. The captured data can be output in a "temperature-time" graph and can also be processed using Microsoft Excel. A CD-ROM, as well as cables and connectors for connecting to the PC's USB, are also included.

Product temperature sensor (optional) During operation, it can output the temperature near the sterilized items inside the can or the center temperature of the liquid to the LCD panel or a dedicated printer (optional). Additionally, with product temperature control operation, it is possible to start the sterilization timer from the point when the sensor's indicated value reaches the set temperature, allowing for more reliable sterilization.

Printer (Optional) It prints the date and time of the start of operation, as well as the time, control temperature, and product temperature (only when equipped with an optional product temperature sensor) at regular intervals.
