Our company started as a specialized manufacturer of waterproof paper in February 1950 and has surpassed half a century since its founding. Although we are a manufacturer solely focused on waterproof paper, in November 1969, we formed the Tiger Asphalt Waterproofing Industrial Cooperative and expanded into the asphalt waterproofing field. Currently, in the housing industry, the total number of houses exceeds the total number of households, leading to a demand for higher performance products. Additionally, the Housing Quality Assurance Promotion Law was enacted in April 2000, marking the beginning of the quality assurance era. Our company became a JIS-certified factory in December 1986, and in January 2000, we obtained certification for the international quality standard ISO 9002. In January 2003, we transitioned to ISO 9001, and we take pride in having established manufacturing facilities capable of fully meeting these demands and building a quality system. Under thorough quality control, we strive to provide superior products and hope to contribute to the housing industry, even if just a little. Although we operate in a small, inconspicuous market for waterproof paper, all of our employees are working day and night to become a company that stands out in this field.
