basic information
**Main Features** ◎ MAC Address Authentication An authentication method that determines whether to allow or deny communication based on the unique MAC address information assigned to individual hardware. When communication is initiated, authentication is completed between the authentication switch and the server, allowing all devices that perform network communication to be subject to authentication without the need for dedicated software. This feature is suitable for improving the security level of networks with access requests from a large number of unspecified clients. ◎ MAC Address Entry Registers the MAC address information of clients within the switch and determines whether to allow or deny communication based on the registered MAC address information. If you want to avoid managing a RADIUS server but still want to manage the permission or denial of communication for clients, it is possible to restrict the clients that can connect to the network edge (end point). ◎ SYSLOG Function A communication method for forwarding log messages over an IP network. It manages the occurrence of unauthorized access by sending log messages to an external server in addition to internal records. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
