The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbs energy without almost any rebound when subjected to external forces. HaneNight GP50V is compliant with UL94-V0 standards, making it safe to use even in environments where flame resistance is required. It also has oil resistance, allowing for safe use in oil-related applications in various machinery. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely adopted in many industries as cushioning and vibration-damping materials. 【Characteristics】 ● The rebound elasticity is 5% (measured value). ● Load capacity is approximately 2,200 kg (for dimensions 10×100×100 mm with a deflection of 10%). The values may vary depending on the contact area, so please contact us for details. ● It can be processed into various shapes. Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion to metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets that support weight reduction!
