Reuse resources! A depolymerization device that realizes proper treatment and recycling of waste plastics.
The "BP-100N to 5000N" is a plastic oilification device developed with the aim of obtaining recycled oil suitable for various applications using a contact catalytic method from plastic. The plastic fed into the heating chamber of this device is gasified through a thermal decomposition reaction. The decomposition gas undergoes a reforming process in the catalyst chamber, resulting in the cleavage of carbon chain lengths. It is then cooled in a cooler (condenser), liquefied, and collected as recycled oil. Since it operates on a batch method, it can be used for various purposes beyond just plastic. Furthermore, by using a catalyst, it reduces tar to lower molecular weights, producing high-quality oil. 【Features】 ■ Resource recycling type ■ Versatile usage ■ Suppresses the generation of harmful substances ■ Achieves energy savings ■ Equipped with an emergency automatic stop system *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company has been realizing the proper treatment and recycling of various types of waste. We are addressing both the marine plastic problem and the issues of urban waste and energy in remote islands, developing countries, and emerging nations, while practicing sustainable initiatives aligned with the SDGs. We are involved in the development and sale of technologies such as a hydrolysis device that produces alternative fuel from organic waste, an oil reduction device that generates recycled oil from marine plastics and waste tires, and a plasma pyrolysis device aimed at reducing organic waste volume by approximately 1/300, contributing to global environmental and energy issues. Since 2019, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have started to expand our business in hygiene, including "mask manufacturing machine sales and consulting," "domestic mask production in Japan," "disinfection spray devices," and "simple antigen kits," thereby advancing our social contributions during the pandemic. We will continue to respond to our customers' various needs and work on measures and solutions for all types of waste and related products.
