The "Replaceable Bubble Handle Lock" is a valve that can be locked (with a key or lock) without stopping the operation of the existing valve. It is easy to replace; simply remove the handle and attach the lockable handle (replacement takes about 3 minutes). Only the administrator (person in charge) with the key can operate the valve.
