The "GWI-02A" is a wind direction and speed meter that measures every second and calculates the average wind direction, average wind speed, and maximum instantaneous wind speed over a period of 10 minutes, outputting the results as voltage. The output of the anemometer itself is in 1-meter units, but through pulse period calculations, wind speeds can be measured in 0.1-meter units.
