The "Spherical LNG Tank Ultrasonic TOFD Flaw Detection Device" is a flaw detection device designed to efficiently inspect for blowholes and cracks that occur in the welded joints of spherical aluminum tanks mounted on LNG carriers. Due to the low specific gravity of aluminum welds, blowholes are prone to occur, and they are generally inspected using X-rays.
