Only the necessary amount when needed! Introducing the operation method of the on-site mixed concrete system with photos.
This document introduces the operation methods for the on-site mixed concrete system 'DMCSystem,' which manufactures only the necessary amount at the necessary time. DMC stands for Dry Mixed Concrete, and by managing the water content, it allows for the production of materials that can be used as concrete equivalent to factory-produced products. It also involves the development of on-site mixing plant equipment and the implementation of quality control operations that display the manufacturing process in a consistent manner, thereby opening up new markets. Two years have passed since the conception of the DMC (Dry Mixed Concrete) system, and with the cooperation of partner companies, a prototype (demo) machine was completed at the end of February 2016. Currently, we are conducting joint research with major civil engineering and construction companies, special formulation contract manufacturing for local general contractors, and trial mixing with construction material manufacturers, based on inquiries from the sales teams and websites of partner companies. However, the number of projects is still limited, and we are actively engaging in promotional activities. Traditionally, the quality of on-site mixing has been constrained by specific conditions and the environment of the site, which has led to it not receiving much attention. In the future, as the aging population and the aging of infrastructure facilities progress simultaneously, there will likely be an increase in repair, renovation, and reinforcement work. Additionally, in light of recent issues regarding construction standards in fraudulent construction projects, the need for traceability and the formalization of evidence will undoubtedly become essential for repair work as well. Moving forward, we will not only promote the DMC system independently but also organize a nationwide on-site mixing construction cooperation association to respond to various sites.
