The "Air Caster" is a system that lifts heavy objects 0.25mm off the floor using an air film, reducing gravity to 3/1000 for transportation. We would like to introduce the types of load modules that form the basis of the Air Caster system. The load module consists of two main parts: 1. Element - a part that inflates like a floating ring with air. 2. Mounting Plate - a honeycomb-structured base that supports the transported item. There are two types of load modules: the "Fixed Mount Type," where the element is secured to the mounting plate, and the "Slide Mount Type," where the element can slide in and out without being fixed. There are also three types of elements: 1. Neoprene - the standard type. 2. Urethane - coated with urethane to improve wear resistance. 3. Gap Master - a type designed to address the weaknesses of the Air Caster, such as steps and gaps.
