For simple architectural hardware or requests for original hardware, it is acceptable to provide hand-drawn diagrams as long as you include the dimensions. If you indicate key points such as bending points and hole locations clearly, we can achieve a reasonably accurate processing. Additionally, we can respond to requests like "I know what I want, but I'm not sure if it can be done" or "I want something made exactly like the photo."
