Lightweight roofing reduces the burden on buildings! Prefabricated aluminum helipads with reduced total costs.
The prefabricated aluminum heliport is approximately one-fifth the weight of traditional asphalt or concrete versions. By reducing the load on the rooftop, the structural weight of the building itself can also be reduced, leading to a decrease in overall construction costs. It has been used in Europe and the United States for about 20 years and is particularly valued for its low running costs. 【Features】 ■ Design that takes advantage of the beauty and lightness of aluminum ■ Simple structure and design that utilize panel strength ■ Easy-to-construct simple structure that simplifies processes and shortens construction time ■ Lightweight aluminum allows for a streamlined structure of the building itself ■ Simple installation makes removal easy; 100% recyclable ■ Durable for long-term use, achieving lifecycle cost reduction *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Conducting "Quality Performance Tests" at public testing facilities in Japan. The aluminum deck, which is used by fitting components together, cannot accurately capture stress levels based solely on values such as the sectional second moment of inertia. Therefore, Aero Facility conducts performance tests, including stress tests, at public testing facilities in Japan with the components fitted together.

Contributing to the safety of the skies The beginning of Aero Facility dates back to the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake (January 17, 1995). The damage caused by the earthquake, which recorded a magnitude of 7, was immense, and many may remember the broadcast footage from news helicopters. The founder, who inspected the Kobe heliport at that time, witnessed the apron turned into a quagmire due to liquefaction, buildings warped and unable to open their shutters, and helicopters that, while intact, could not be taken out of the hangar. From the founder's belief that there should be no heliport that cannot be used during a disaster, Aero Facility was established with the aim of "contributing to the safety of the skies and protecting the peace and safety of society." Aero Facility primarily focuses on heliport construction and aircraft sales. The 30 U.S.-made helicopters supplied to the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force are currently active as training aircraft for pilots involved in air defense. The number of aluminum deck heliports constructed, designed with safety as the top priority, boasts the highest record in the country with over 100 locations nationwide. Aero Facility will continue to contribute to the safety of the skies with professional proposals.
