We adopted Galvalume steel sheet for the roofing material! Introducing a case study of a car parts factory construction!
We will introduce a construction case of "system architecture" that allows for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the purpose and size of factories and warehouses, as well as the regional environment, achieving short construction periods and low costs. In a car parts factory located in Ibaraki Prefecture, K. Wall was used for the exterior wall material, and galvanized steel sheet folding material was adopted for the roof. The interior wall material was finished with calcium silicate board. Since the construction was adjacent to an operating factory, it required the utmost care. Despite the complexity of creating an underground pit (machine pit) in the center of the building alongside the construction of the building itself, a short construction period of six months was achieved. 【Construction Case】 ■ Completion Date: January 2009 (Heisei 21) ■ Location: Ibaraki Prefecture ■ Total Floor Area: 1326.96 m² (401 tsubo) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
