Introducing case studies of warehouses that can store the maximum quantity of specified amounts!
We will introduce examples of "system construction" that allow for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the purpose and size of factories and warehouses, as well as regional environmental factors, achieving short construction periods and low costs. The logistics center located in Ibaraki Prefecture consists of two buildings: Building A (45.2m × 159.2m, 8 sections) and Building B (45.2m × 119.6m, 6 sections), which are classified as Type 1 commercial warehouses and an office building. Since the warehouse handles cargo that includes designated flammable materials, partition walls that meet the provisions of Article 8 of the Fire Service Act Enforcement Order were installed, allowing for the storage of the maximum quantity of designated materials. 【Construction Example】 - Completion Date: April 2009 (Heisei 21) - Location: Ibaraki Prefecture - Total Floor Area: 14,633 m² (4,426.61 tsubo) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
