On April 1, 1977, our company was established to widely provide the accumulated wealth of measurement and analysis technology and equipment, as well as experience in pollution prevention and safety and health from factories of Asahi Denka Kogyo Co., Ltd. (now ADEKA Corporation), without keeping it within the company. In addition to the measurement certification business that had been conducted at the research institute, we registered various measurement and analysis qualifications, became independent from Asahi Denka Kogyo Co., Ltd., began business activities, and registered as a corporation on September 6 of the same year, continuing to this day.
