It is possible to calculate heat dissipation without complex calculations!
"Auto Trace" can be easily designed by anyone if the heat dissipation amount can be calculated, thanks to its parallel circuit type and self-regulating characteristics. For this reason, we have prepared heat dissipation tables for piping, valves, and tanks, allowing for the calculation of heat dissipation without complex calculations. Additionally, the electrical output of Auto Trace is designed with a safety factor in mind, so it can be used as is. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

basic information
【Calculation Example Based on a Sample Problem】 ■Conditions - Pipe size = 40A - Holding temperature = 10℃ (water) - Minimum outside temperature = -10℃ - Temperature difference = 20℃ - Insulation material = 25t glass wool - Power supply = 100V, single-phase Based on the above conditions, the heat dissipation is calculated using a table. ■Calculation Result - Heat dissipation = 7.1W/m ■Design output characteristics when using 3BTV1, design output for holding temperature - Design output = 8W/m (at 10℃) Since the design output exceeds the heat dissipation, it is sufficient to trace the pipe directly. Depending on the design conditions, the design output may fall below the heat dissipation. In this case, the output deficiency can be compensated by tracing the auto-trace in a spiral manner. *For more details, please refer to the attached image on the second page "Heat Dissipation Calculation for Pipes" or the PDF document, or feel free to contact us.
