Soil pressure-resistant rubber color joint to prevent hollowing under the base plate of the casing.
The "Neo Color (for high soil pressure)" is a rubber coupling joint designed to cover the joints of drainage pipes from the outside, supporting soil pressure loads while absorbing relative displacements between the pipes. It prevents cracks in the main body of the sluice gate caused by stress concentration near the coupling. Since it is laminated with hard rubber and reinforcing fibers, it has sufficient resistance to soil pressure. The product can be installed after the sluice gate is constructed, allowing for a shorter construction period. Additionally, the structure fixes the product to the main body of the sluice gate with nuts via a fastening plate, ensuring reliable installation. 【Features】 ■ Prevents cracks in the main body of the sluice gate and hollowing under the base slab ■ High soil pressure specification ■ Reduces construction time ■ Ensures reliable installation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
