Vertical Diffusion Cell Phoenix
Manual sampling "Phoenix DB-6" Automatic sampling "Phoenix RDS"
Phoenix Diffusion Cell Dry Heat System - A NEW vertical diffusion cell (Franz cell) system that solves various issues related to release testing!
Hanson Research, a top-class manufacturer of diffusion cell systems, has released the "Phoenix RDS" and "Phoenix DB-6," vertical diffusion cell (Franz cell) systems compliant with USP and JP, which have become the world standard. With a compact design featuring dry heat and stirring functions in a 6-cell block, it does not require a large space. The manually sampled "Phoenix DB-6" can be moved to an efficient working location for each test. Sampling is done through a withdrawal method from the sampling port, preventing an increase in internal pressure of the cell, thus avoiding liquid leakage and membrane deformation. The ease of ointment application has also reduced variability factors due to cell preparation. The automated sampling "Phoenix RDS" allows testing of up to 24 cells with a single PC. It reduces variability in test results by eliminating differences between techniques and operators, as well as human errors, allowing tests to be conducted without burdening key analysts. It automates long-duration tests, effectively utilizing resources to reduce costs.
