We would like to introduce a case study of a product from J.S.P. Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer dealing with sound control technology. We adopted a "corner double-opening door" for the soundproof room of the vibration testing machine. By installing it in the corner of the factory, we can effectively utilize the factory space. The design was made to shorten the transportation route, as the products need to be carried by hand. We focused on the dimensional accuracy of the door to prevent gaps and sound leakage at the corners, and we confirmed satisfactory performance in our internal noise tests.
