The "Perchloric Acid Treatment Type DFZ Model" is a draft chamber specifically designed for heating decomposition experiments using perchloric acid and sulfuric acid. Since perchloric acid poses a risk of fire and explosion when coexisting with organic substances, it is equipped with an exhaust chamber at the top and a shower system for regular internal cleaning. It is also suitable for thermal oxidation decomposition. Typically, the sash is opened for acid treatment, ensuring a face velocity of 0.5 m/s at a sash opening of 550 mm, and the sash is fixed to prevent it from closing beyond this position, although it can be released.
