The "Shinbi Method" is a ground reinforcement technique that constructs soil cement columns by excavating and mixing the ground while discharging a slurry of cement-based solidifying material, and utilizes a thin-walled steel pipe with joints embedded at the center as a ground reinforcement body. The excavation and mixing device of this method is equipped with multiple vertical protrusions on the anti-rotation wings and the upper and lower mixing wings to enhance the mixing performance of the cement-based solidifying material slurry and the ground.
