"BG Diesel Care" not only cleans injectors but also dissolves and liquefies dirt throughout the common rail and fuel lines, burning it away to eliminate it. Remove the return and supply hoses from the top of the diesel fuel tank, and connect the return hose (black) and supply hose (red) using a dedicated adapter. Run the engine with the cleaning solution (two-part) for about 30 to 45 minutes to clean the injectors, common rail, and fuel lines. It is safe as no solid dirt is sent into the engine. Therefore, it is not necessary to replace the elements before the operation. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with a diagnostic tool (diag), detailed diagnostics and progress measurements are possible. 【BG Diesel Care Mechanism】 ■Before When the injectors are dirty and not functioning properly, the combustion temperature of the engine drops. As a result, the combustion temperature during DPF regeneration only rises to about 350–400°C, and PM (soot) cannot be burned. This causes PM (soot) to accumulate in the DPF. ■After By using "BG Diesel Care," the combustion temperature inside the engine returns to normal, and the combustion temperature during DPF regeneration rises back to about 500–600°C, allowing the accumulated PM (soot) to be burned off.
