At this exhibition, we will showcase a rich lineup of products primarily from Europe and the United States, handled by our NK Works. Among these machining machines and peripheral equipment, we will particularly display a selection of products suitable for turning operations. 【Highlights】 ■ Precision Diaphragm Chuck: Swiss Chuck Co. (Switzerland) The air-driven diaphragm chuck 6VMCHP guarantees a top-level repeatability precision of less than 2μm. During clamping, the retracting function ensures a firm contact with the end stop, accommodating even the most stringent precision machining! ■ High-Precision Dead Center: Bruckner Co. (Germany) Thanks to its unique "TOP-SEAL-SYSTEM" structure, the internal bearings are protected from coolant. This allows you to fully utilize the machining capabilities of your machine. The runout precision is achieved at 3μm for standard centers and within 2μm for special specifications. Roundness is realized within 0.8μm for standard centers and an astonishing 0.3μm for special specification centers!! In addition, we plan to exhibit many other products, including portable honing machines, industrial endoscopes, high-performance air filters, and coolant-related products!
