AffordSense Inc. is a university-based venture established in November 2013 to bring the research results of the "Research and Development of Band-Aid Type Biosensors" project, initiated by Professor Kazuhira Maenaka of the Graduate School of Engineering at Hyogo Prefectural University, to society through the Strategic Creative Research Promotion Program (ERATO). We aim not only to commercialize research results but also to further challenge human sensing, advancing research and development to contribute in areas such as health management, early detection and prevention of diseases, and hazard prediction for the human body.
