We will introduce an example of improvement in the FA (Factory Automation) site proposed by Patlite. In a work environment where the amount of sand in the hopper is checked visually, there are risks involved in the checking process, and there is a possibility of sand overflowing. We proposed the "LA6 type" layered information display light. The "LA6 type" can express the amount of sand in terms of layers and colors freely when combined with sensors. In case of overflow or other dangerous situations, it alerts with a particularly noticeable lighting pattern, such as full illumination.
