"Display of Takt Time and Cycle Time" Reducing AGV stop losses due to time overrun.
We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In the outdoor unit assembly line, in order to visualize the assembly tact time, we removed the conveyor of the manufacturing line and replaced it with AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). Furthermore, by equipping the layered information display light "LA6" that can show the working time of each assembly process, we make the workers aware of the tact time and standardize the assembly speed.
