By dyeing stainless steel a luxurious black color, we aim to enhance its design and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, the black dyeing helps to reduce light reflection.
It is rare and difficult to achieve black dyeing of stainless steel on a national level. This is a new technique that applies over 50 years of experience in black dyeing iron to enhance its decorative qualities. By black dyeing stainless steel, we aim to improve design and aesthetics. Additionally, applying black dye to stainless steel, which is originally resistant to rust, further enhances its rust prevention capabilities and helps prevent light reflection. Unlike paint, it does not peel off. The film thickness is also very thin, ranging from 1 to 3 micrometers, resulting in almost no dimensional changes. The treatment solution does not contain any prohibited substances (it complies with ROHS), making it harmless to the human body and environmentally friendly. The treatment temperature is around 120°C, so there is no impact on the items due to temperature.

basic information
This is a stainless steel carabiner. It is commonly used in concert venues, but in the past, it was painted black to prevent light reflection. However, with paint, it would peel off, requiring reapplication each time or manual touch-ups on the peeled areas, which was costly and time-consuming, so it was switched to black dyeing. The black dyeing of stainless steel not only enhances aesthetics but also serves the purpose of reducing reflection.
