[Quality Improvement] On-site workers understand torque value anomalies and prevent the outflow of defective products.
We will introduce a case study of improvements in the FA (Factory Automation) field proposed by Patlite. Even with log recording using torque management software, it was not possible to continuously monitor the PC screen, leading to situations where issues went unnoticed until product shipment, resulting in the outflow of defective products. We proposed PC recording via LAN and the network display light "NH Series."
