Evaluate the smoke density of the flue gas and check the combustion efficiency.
Accurate measurement in 1 minute If there is too much smoke from the smoke guide, it can cause soot buildup in the boiler, necessitating frequent service visits. This is where the smoke tester comes into play. It draws in combustion exhaust gases and compares the smoke adhered to filter paper with the smoke scale to determine the smoke density. It can be used on all burners and can accurately measure smoke density in under one minute. It has obtained TÜV By RgG (German standard) certification and is widely accepted as a global standard method, gaining trust through years of proven performance in the burner industry.

basic information
■Procedure Measurement can be performed in three simple steps: (1) Insert the filter paper into the pump body and secure it, then insert the sampling tube into the smoke guide and move the handle of the body about 10 times. (2) Remove the sampling tube from the smoke guide and take out the filter paper. (3) Compare the sample color on the smoke scale with the color actually obtained from the smoke. The scale number of the sample color that is closest is the measurement result.
