"Air-conditioned clothing / Heatstroke prevention / Heat countermeasures" No complaints! It's already an essential item.
Shoei Kogyo Co., Ltd. has been continuously recognized as an excellent pressure welding company by the Japan Reinforcing Bar Joint Association since its first session, and has also been certified as an A-class joint execution company, making it a professional in reinforcing bar joints. In the scorching heat, it was common for more than five employees to go to the hospital each year due to heatstroke while running around with heavy tools and reinforcing bars during gas pressure welding work. In such circumstances, with the desire to alleviate heatstroke and reduce the incidence among employees, the company introduced cooling vests. This product has become indispensable for the company. When using the initial type with rechargeable batteries, the wearing rate was 50% due to the duration of use, but since switching to lithium-ion batteries, the wearing rate has been 100% in July, August, and September. Company information
In 2002, we invented the world's first "air-conditioned clothing" and have been committed to improving and developing the product. Thanks to this, we have surpassed a cumulative sales figure of 1 million units and received recognition from many companies, including those in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and electrical work. Sefuto Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Product distributor: Air-Conditioned Clothing Co., Ltd.) has recently been awarded the "Minister of the Environment Award for Activities to Prevent Global Warming for Fiscal Year 2017" for our development and commercialization of fan-equipped work clothing "air-conditioned clothing," which realizes energy-saving effects and CO2 reduction effects in heat countermeasures and is useful for preventing heat stroke. Moving forward, we will continue to promote technological innovation aimed at enhancing customer comfort and the safety and functionality of "air-conditioned clothing." "Air-conditioned clothing" is designed to keep you cool and comfortable by incorporating outside air into the clothing through two small fans attached around the waist, allowing sweat to evaporate and cool the body through evaporative cooling. The energy used is significantly less compared to air conditioning and is an environmentally friendly product.
