The heat pipes are integrated into the bottom of the heat sink, efficiently transferring heat from the CPU to the fins for dissipation. Additionally, the fan is positioned for side flow, creating airflow within the PC case for efficient heat exhaust. The overall size is relatively compact at 108(L)mm × 78(W)mm × 64(H)mm, designed to minimize interference with surrounding devices near the CPU. (However, this cannot be guaranteed due to variations in motherboard design and configuration.)
