Our company has two main sales divisions. The "Specialized Construction Division" focuses on interior construction, such as flooring, wall coverings, and light steel board work, which are the foundation of interior work, and we work with approximately 250 skilled craftsmen, boasting high achievements as an interior subcontractor. The "Commercial Environment Construction Division" undertakes projects in the restaurant industry, retail (apparel) sector, and environmental construction for office buildings and schools as a primary contractor. We believe that the synergy between these two divisions (hybrid strength) is a significant advantage for us at Nissho Interlife. Additionally, with the recent labor shortage becoming a social issue, we have quickly launched the "Craftsman Project," aiming to design the future of the interior industry and train 100 craftsmen over the next ten years. Moving forward, we will strengthen the synergy (hybrid strength) between the Specialized Construction Division and the Commercial Environment Division, with a focus on increasing technical skills and construction capabilities, while also considering the entry of women into the interior construction field, and we will strive to improve construction quality and pursue customer satisfaction.
