Traditionally, to confirm the color development of sample liquids obtained on-site, it was necessary to take them back to the laboratory for measurement using a spectrophotometer. However, with this photometer, high-precision measurements can be made in real-time. By incorporating a gas pump that allows for flow rate settings (400 to 250 ml/min) into the main body of the photometer, it is also possible to sample gases, enabling its use as a gas sensor. By quantifying the degree of color development, if the calibration curve is programmed into the device, concentration measurements based on color development can also be performed. Additionally, the measurement values can be transferred to spreadsheet software on a computer.
