Capron Series
Antistatic agents that prevent static electricity and significantly improve productivity! Ideal for plastic, film, and silicone products!
The antistatic agent "Capron Series" is a chemical that prevents the accumulation of static electricity by imparting a slight conductivity to insulators. By introducing ion-conductive materials, it becomes less susceptible to the effects of humidity. Additionally, there are grades that not only provide antistatic properties but also offer slip resistance to prevent scratches, as well as grades that can impart water repellency. All grades are completely water-based, making them environmentally friendly and safe to use. ◎ The catalog includes helpful case studies that address issues faced in production environments. 【Features】 ■ Prevents static electricity in plastic, film, and silicone products ■ Less susceptible to humidity due to the introduction of ion-conductive materials ■ Depending on the grade, it provides not only antistatic properties but also scratch prevention and water repellency ■ Individually developed for various applications such as plastics, resins, fibers, and printing processes *Download the catalog here ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

Applications/Examples of results
1. For optical materials for liquid crystal displays (LCD), "Capron W-25" is applied with a sponge roll, imparting antistatic and slip properties to the surface. It prevents dust adhesion and scratches during stacking, significantly improving product yield rates. 2. For packaging PET film, "Capron L-50" is applied using a mist spray. There is no adverse effect on subsequent offset printing and heat sealing processes. 3. For PET film used in laminating paper substrates, "Capron L-353" is diluted with IPA and applied with a gravure roll. Transportability is improved. It has good compatibility with primers and excellent heat sealability. 4. For commercial printing offset rotary presses, "Capron B-200" is applied with a silicone coater along with silicone slip agents. It also imparts slip and crack prevention properties, resulting in good edge alignment at the sheeter section. 5. For synthetic fibers used in spinning, "Hypron PF-30" is applied by spray. It prevents thread breakage during the spinning process and increases production efficiency. 6. For foam silicone rubber sheets, "Capron F-50" is applied by spray. The release properties during the rewinding of the sheets are improved.
