Additionally, it is possible to capture videos and still images, not just to view them. The microscope can observe at 1x and 80x magnification, making it ideal for observing fine precision parts, fibers, printed materials, as well as skin and scalp. Still images can be captured at 3 million pixels, and videos can be recorded in VGA (640×320, 15fps). WiFi connectivity allows up to three users to connect simultaneously. The power supply uses three AA alkaline batteries, making it suitable for use while on the go. Furthermore, it can focus not only at close range but also at a distance, allowing it to be used like a surveillance camera.
