Sound-absorbing material "Dai-Porugi Sound Absorbing Foam"

Sound absorption performance is 2.8 times better! A next-generation sound-absorbing material with amazing performance compared to general-purpose polyurethane foam. It is recyclable and contributes to reducing environmental impact.

The "Dai-Porgy Sound Absorbing Foam" from CCI is a next-generation sound-absorbing material developed utilizing Dai-Porgy technology. Compared to general-purpose urethane foam, it achieves equivalent or superior sound absorption effects with about half the thickness. Furthermore, it is made from materials that consider renewable environments, with harmful gases being virtually zero. It has excellent weather resistance, showing no degradation or discoloration from ultraviolet rays, and it is highly resistant to chemicals, remaining stable against acids and alkalis. 【Features】 ■ Excellent sound absorption performance (2.8 times compared to general-purpose urethane foam) ■ Water-resistant and does not undergo hydrolysis ■ Chemically stable with resistance to acids and alkalis ■ Recyclable ■ Harmful gases are virtually zero (cyan gas is less than 1/1000 of urethane) ■ Can be proposed with a combination of functionalities such as sound absorption, sound insulation, vibration control, and shock absorption 【Applications】 ・Home appliances (vacuum cleaners, washing machines, dishwashers, air conditioners, refrigerators) ・OA/AV equipment (speakers, cameras, printers) ・Railways (Shinkansen) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
