【Specifications】 ■Component Grade: A as specified by JIS B1021 ■Strength Classification: Steel bolts with a diameter of M39 or less are classified as 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 ■Property Classification: Stainless steel bolts with a diameter of M20 or less are classified as A2-70 ■Thread Grade: Steel bolts of grades 8.8 and 10.9 are classified as 6g and Class 2 for metric coarse threads, while grade 12.9 is classified as 5g, 6g, and Class 2. Stainless steel bolts are classified as 6g and Class 2. ■Material: Materials specified in JIS B1051-3 are used, for example, SCM435 for grade 12.9, and SNCM240 is subjected to heat treatment (QT).
