Introduction of scale countermeasures for hydroflow electromagnetic water treatment devices (for oil well pipes)

We will introduce a case of scale countermeasures using the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device" for oil well pipes. Calcium scale mainly occurs in the extraction pipes of oil wells, causing blockages that render them unusable. Therefore, we installed one Hydroflow model: C120EX (4”) on the oil extraction pipe to address scale issues in the piping up to 5000 meters underground. [Countermeasures and Effects] - Hydroflow was installed on the land pipes for pipes with old scale deposits, resulting in the internal scale softening and being lifted along with the oil, leading to a cleaner pipe. - It was proven that scale countermeasures could be taken on both sides of the installed pipe. - Due to the positive effects, a second unit was similarly installed in another oil well.
