[Earthquake Countermeasure Example] Clean Room (Food Industry) Edition [Seismic Isolation Adjuster]
Earthquake measures for clean rooms! Clean construction that does not generate dust or particles [with video and case studies available].
Anchor fixation requires processing such as drilling holes in the floor during the construction process, which generates "dust" and "particulate matter." In a clean room, any activities that produce dust or particulate matter are strictly prohibited to maintain the environment. The "Seismic Isolation Adjuster" does not require any processing on the floor or elsewhere, allowing for a clean construction process without the generation of dust or particulate matter. Anchor fixation is not designed for seismic isolation, so there is a risk that manufacturing equipment or machinery may be "damaged" due to vibrations during a major earthquake. 【Target Objects】 ■ Manufacturing equipment, etc. *For product details, please download and view the catalog. 【Official Instagram】: Currently showcasing construction case studies★☆ https://www.instagram.com/ansin_official/ 【Official Website】: For inquiries, please contact us below! http://www.ans1828.com 【Introduction Video】 https://youtu.be/1oE7CAwOvZQ

basic information
【What is the Anshin Adjuster】 ■ The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake-resistant product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. ■ It is suitable for places where drilling holes is not desired and where layouts are frequently changed. ■ It can withstand seismic intensity of 7 (equivalent to 1000 gal) and is effective against both horizontal and vertical shaking. ■ The gel used in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial-grade product, making it compact while having approximately 10 times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard products. ■ In conditions where water or oil may be present, such as factories, kitchens, and outdoors, the gel is sealed with a special adhesive called "Anshin Aiba," preventing any adverse effects from these elements. *For more details, please contact us. 【Official Instagram】: Currently showcasing installation examples★☆ https://www.instagram.com/ansin_official/ 【Official Website】: For inquiries, please contact us at the link below! http://www.ans1828.com 【Introduction Video】 https://youtu.be/1oE7CAwOvZQ

The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an earthquake acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. On February 2, 2016, it obtained an international patent (in the United States). In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase that capacity, the gel in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard options. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as factories, kitchens, and outdoor areas, as the gel is sealed with a dedicated adhesive called "Anshin Aiba."
