Solving the issues with tact switches! The mechanical components are minimal, significantly reducing failures in the switch section.
The "membrane switch" is a thin, lightweight, and highly functional switch. It uses ink that conducts electricity to print the switch contacts on a thin film. The common printing method is screen printing (silk printing). The structure consists of switch contacts printed on the film with a spacer creating a gap, which are then adhered together facing each other. By pressing the contacts above and below to make contact, electricity flows, and the switch is activated. 【Features】 ■ Excellent durability ■ Light and responsive click feel like a tactile switch ■ Despite its thin structure, LED mounting is possible ■ Can improve water resistance, dust resistance, noise countermeasures, and chemical resistance according to the usage environment ■ Short lead times possible with in-house integrated production; accommodating small lots ■ High design quality of the top sheet *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Solving the Issues with Tactile Switches** ■ Space is needed to install the circuit board behind the switch - Design the switch in a location that is easy for users to operate - Place the circuit board in a maintenance-friendly location away from the switch and connect it - Since LEDs can be implemented, the issue of LED circuit board space is also resolved ■ Height adjustments and other assembly tasks increase labor costs that are not visible - With membrane switches, the work is completed simply by sticking them on and connecting them to the circuit board ■ A large number of components make ordering and inventory management cumbersome - We will deliver the top sheet already attached, so you only need to manage the membrane switch and the circuit board *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Company information
Two specialized teams, the Printing Division and the Electronic Equipment Division, will provide thorough support for your company. Please make good use of our services to reduce your workload. 1. Printing Processing Department In addition to regular screen printing (silk printing) and label printing, we focus on the development and manufacturing of functional materials such as our uniquely developed "Screen Printing Method Capacitive Touch Switch" and "Membrane Switch." 2. Electronic Equipment Division We excel in motor control, particularly in ultra-high-speed synchronous control that cannot be achieved with PLCs, with FPGA application technology as our core. In addition to manufacturing and selling custom motion boards, we also accept contract development for control controllers and inspection equipment.
