Company information
Komashou Co., Ltd. has been consistently engaged in the research and development of "safe, secure, and comfortable home building" since its establishment in 1997, while also supporting local construction companies. The newly developed "CCF STYLE DSK" is a whole-house air conditioning system that can simultaneously provide floor heating and humidification, preventing excessive dryness during winter heating and maintaining a comfortable temperature and humidity throughout the house. Measurements taken over a year at a sales-type ZEH model house built in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture in 2019 confirmed that it maintains a comfortable thermal environment indoors during both summer and winter, while also achieving zero annual utility costs. As housing in the 21st century shifts towards high performance, whole-house air conditioning, and zero energy, "CCF STYLE" will continue its research and development, pursuing homes where residents can live comfortably.
