Case study of introducing a slide rack that allows people to easily pull out heavy items!
We would like to introduce a case study of Nakaya Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture, which implemented the replacement of slide racks due to the increase in the size of molds for plastic daily necessities. They replaced their existing setup of 10 units (5 connected 1-ton types in 2 rows) with 10 units (5 connected 2-ton types in 2 rows). The shelves slide, allowing for easy loading and unloading of molds and heavy items using a ceiling crane. 【Case Study】 ■ Company Name: Nakaya Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. ■ Location: Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture ■ Replacement to 10 units (5 connected 2-ton types in 2 rows) ■ The top shelf is also effectively utilized due to its load-bearing capacity.
