Non-contact rotary angle sensor QP-2H series
Non-contact type (Hall IC) rotary angle sensor QP-2H series
Small non-contact rotary sensor, suitable for dancer rolls and tension control.
This is a small non-contact potentiometer with a diameter of Φ15 using a hall IC. It has a shape almost identical to the CP-2UN series, which uses a magnetoresistive element, and while the electrical effective angle is max 90°, the output range of 10-90% allows for a higher resolution on the control side. Due to the use of ball bearings for the bearings, it has very low torque, making it suitable for applications such as fine wire tension control. 【Commonly Used Industries】 Broadcasting equipment, industrial machinery, industrial equipment 【Main Applications】 Broadcasting equipment, wire EDM machines, currency processing machines, printing machines, film processing machines 【Usage Examples】 Control/switcher angles, tension, motor speed, paper thickness, double feed, film tension, etc. 【Features】 ● Non-contact, rotary type ● Effective electrical angle: ±45° ● Independent linearity: ±1.5% ● Ratio output ● Bushing mount installation ● Dual shaft type: QP-2H, single shaft type: QP-2HC For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Since its founding in 1952, the Green Sensor has a history of 70 years as a pioneer in analog displacement sensors (potentiometers). While anticipating global technological advancements, we have developed high-functionality, high-quality products and have contributed, albeit modestly, to the development of society. In recent years, we have realized the commercialization of digital displacement sensors (encoders) and will continue to pursue further technological innovation with the aim of evolving as a prominent company.
