This is a case study from a chemical manufacturer. When transporting chemicals in one-gallon cans, they previously stacked them on pallets and wrapped them in stretch film to prevent shifting during transport. However, they received complaints from customers stating, "We cannot use the chemicals as products because the one-gallon cans have scratches and dents," which became a problem. As a solution, they adopted the "Wakopon 2L type" as a dedicated reusable box. This not only prevented the products from shifting but also protected them from external impacts, eliminating complaints about scratches and dents on the one-gallon cans. Additionally, the elimination of stretch film reduced the time required for packaging by more than half, which was greatly appreciated. The boxes can be folded when not in use, allowing for reduced storage space. Furthermore, transportation costs for returns are also minimized.
