The mixture used in the surface layer of Relaxphalt HT excels in "flexibility" from low to high temperatures and has excellent "resistance to plastic deformation" at high temperatures, with a fatigue resistance that is 13 times greater than that of modified Type 2 mixtures based on bending fatigue tests.
